Holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology and a Master’s in Education in School Counseling, Pam brings over a decade of professional expertise and personal experience as the mother of a son diagnosed with Autism and Angelman Syndrome.

After six challenging years to secure her son’s diagnosis, Pam dedicated her career to learning about developmental disabilities and advocating for others facing similar journeys. With a background in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, she specializes in connecting families with vital resources, guiding them through educational and medical systems, and providing tailored strategies for advocacy.

Pam’s passion lies in helping families feel understood, supported, and equipped to thrive. Through Navigating Autism, LLC, she combines her professional knowledge and personal journey to create a community of hope, clarity, and actionable support for parents and caregivers of children with autism. Her son, now 27, remains her greatest inspiration in this mission.
